Most people see Tenerife, and the Canary Islands as a whole, as a place for vacation, but it has consistently been one of the top destinations for digital nomads in Spain. If you are looking for a comfy coffice in Tenerife, you have come to the right place. We have a selection of our favorite cafes with free WiFi throughout the city. Just keep on reading:
Paladar by Romera
Located a few minutes away from the inner city of Santa Cruz De Tenerife, Paldar by Romera is a great spot to start your day or take a break from exploring and do some work. What makes it special isn’t the good coffee, or the WiFi (though, it has both good coffee and good WiFi), it’s the amazing food. Paladar can get a little busy during lunchtime, which is around 2 p.m. in Tenerife, but outside of that, you should be able to get a comfy spot and do some work on your laptop.
Café & Té
Café & Té is located right in the middle of Santa Cruz De Tenerife’s city center. It has a clean and simple design, much nicer than the average Spanish cerveceria. Here you can find some good coffee and decent food, as well as enough indoor space for you to comfortably work on you laptop or read something. There is, of course, WiFi too. You can find this cafe at Calle Bethencourt Alfonso, 17 and it’s open every day.
Makika&Co
If you find yourself in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, which is totally worth the visit in case you were wondering, you should check out Makika. It’s a breakfast place that doesn’t have too many power sockets, but there is WiFi and the interior design is truly amazing. There is an inner courtyard that combines all of the benefits of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s definitely a cool place to sit down and do some work on your laptop, and very Instagramable. It’s open every day, except for Monday for some reason, and you can find them at Calle San Juan, 15.
Boho Café
This is a really chill place, and if you come in the afternoon you will likely have more than a few seating options. The design is homely and distinctly Spanish, maybe vaguely Middle Eastern. On top of the great coffee they also have some desserts that are to die for, so if your blood sugar gets low from typing on your laptop definitely try some of them out. The exact address is Calle Herradores, 80 and they are open every day, except for Tuesday.
